Ron Paul about bombings in Iraq and warning about future terrorists attacks in 1998.
I wish I was American just so I can vote for him. From what I read on the internet, he isn’t the most popular candidate which baffles me to no extent.
Who’s The Real Terrorist? - English Subtitles
Education on Islamic Terrorism.

In the photograph Thomas Hoepker took on 11 September 2001, a group of New Yorkers sit chatting in the sun in a park in Brooklyn. Behind them, across brilliant blue water, in an azure sky, a terrible cloud of smoke and dust rises above lower Manhattan from the place where two towers were struck by hijacked airliners.
Ten years on, this is becoming one of the iconic photographs of 9/11, yet its history is strange and tortuous. Hoepker, a senior figure in the renowned Magnum photographers’ co-operative, chose not to publish it in 2001 and to exclude it from a book of Magnum pictures of that horribly unequalled day. Only in 2006, on the fifth anniversary of the attacks, did it appear in a book, and then it caused instant controversy. The critic and columnist Frank Rich wrote about it in the New York Times. He saw in this undeniably troubling picture an allegory of America’s failure to learn any deep lessons from that tragic day, to change or reform as a nation: “The young people in Mr Hoepker’s photo aren’t necessarily callous. They’re just American.”
I hate Septembers. The month where the media becomes super Islamophobic.
I wonder how many people know that today, on the 10th anniversary, the Taliban have issued another statement denying any involvement in the attacks of 9-11. Of course this was not reported in the mainstream media, they were far too busy soaking up the theatrical grief-fest that was being disseminated by those who bore true responsibility for what happened on that day. BUT JUST THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A MOMENT: Those of us who can remember the IRA attacks on the UK will remember that the perpetrators lost no time in claiming responsibility after a bomb had gone off somewhere or a soldier, policeman or government official had been assassinated. Indeed this is the very nature of terrorism: such attacks are designed to have a specific effect; to achieve ‘the oxygen of publicity’, and to show a powerful oppressor that they are not invincible, and that they can be hit at any time; to instil a sense of vulnerability within the civilian population and in doing so to and strike a blow at public moral and thereby to undermine the military potency of the enemy.
Now if the attacks of 9-11 had truly been perpetrated so successfully (and in such an incredibly propitious way) against the most powerful nation on the face of the planet by a few militants based in a cave in the wilds of Afghanistan, then surely this would be a huge triumph, something to shout about and broadcast around the world - a massive publicity coup and a victory that they would still be proud to claim responsibility for today, even after all these years. Indeed, these so-called Islamic terrorists would surely be proclaiming this victory against the ‘Great Satan’ as evidence of some sort of divine providence, a vindication of their cause willed by Allah himself. Instead they have just issued another denial of any knowledge or involvement. 10 years later, after their country has been utterly violated by US and UK troops, and when you would expect them to be proclaiming their victory against the aggressor ever more passionately, they are still denying all responsibility for these attacks, whilst quietly, bravely (and rather successfully) rebutting this unwarranted military aggression.

It was a Muslim who realized that light ENTERS our eyes, unlike the Greeks who thought we EMITTED rays, and so invented a camera from this discovery.
It was a Muslim who first tried to FLY in 852, even though it is the Wright Brothers who have taken the credit.
It was a Muslim by the name of Jabir ibn Hayyan who was known as the founder of modern Chemistry. He transformed alchemy into chemistry. He invented: distillation, purification, oxidation, evaporation, and filtration. He also discovered sulfuric and nitric acid.
It is a Muslim, by the name of Al-Jazari who is known as the father of robotics.
It was a Muslim who was the architect for Henry V’s castle.
It was a Muslim who invented hollow needles to suck cataracts from eyes, a technique still used today.
It was a Muslim who actually discovered inoculation, not Jenner and Pasteur to treat cowpox. The West just brought it over from Turkey
It was Muslims who contributed much to mathematics like Algebra and Trigonometry, which was imported over to Europe 300 years later to Fibonnaci and the rest.
It was Muslims who discovered that the Earth was round 500 years before Galileo did.
The list goes on………..
Just imagine a world without Muslims. Now I think you probably meant, JUST IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT TERRORISTS. And then I would agree, the world would definitely be a better place without those pieces of filth. But to hold a whole group responsible for the actions of a few is ignorant and racist. No one would ever expect Christians or White people to be held responsible for the acts of Timothy McVeigh (Oklahoma bombing) or Andreas Brevik (Norway killing), or the gun man that shot Congresswoman Giffords in head, wounded 12 and killed 6 people, and rightly so because they had nothing to do with those incidents! Just like the rest of the 1.5 billion Muslims have nothing to do with this incident!

What is terrorism and is it fair to say that most countries practice a form of it?
Good riddance Osama. You did more damage to my religion than anyone ever did.

Firemen and residents rush to a burning building after twin bomb attacks at Shorja market in Baghdad in February. The blasts were part of a rising wave of terrorist attacks over the past year.
Maybe some of you people, mostly Americans, are wondering why there haven’t been any major terrorist attacks lately. Maybe they’re plotting something big in the background. Well here’s your reality check. Terrorists attacks are mostly targeted at Muslim countries. Wanna know why? It’s because the terrorists believe that these countries are ”traitors” of Islam as they welcome Western relations in their country. So that means they’re being attacked on two fronts. One end by terrorists, the other end by the American Army. Amidst all the jokes about scarf-ed muslim women, do you ever pause to think that they’re also women being raped and killed every day, like food for dogs?
It’s true that 9/11 was a horrible incident. Those who did it should burn in the deepest levels of hell. But you have to understand, Al-Qaeda was the one who did it. Your enemy is Al-Qaeda, not Islam. The rise of Islamophobia in America alarming. It’s the only reason why I’m scared to go there. Hundreds of hate crimes have been committed there in the past 5 years, and it’s only set to increase.
It doesn’t make sense. Al-Qaeda, the enemy of humanity, attacks America and kills thousands of people. So America attacks muslim countries and kills hundreds and thousands of people. What’s the difference then? I don’t hate America, it’s an amazing country. I’m just scared that someone there might kill me when they find out I’m a muslim. Please, change.
