This isn’t something we can just ignore. We’re technologically ready to move past industrial civilization. Now we need to be mentally and socially ready.

I never stop wondering about how different the world would be without militarism.

What if all the governments stopped spending for their army and for their people instead? How many lives could we save? What if we research on food cultivation and alternative energy sources instead of weapons development? How much fuel does a single armored tank consume? Well how much oil and resources can we save then, if militarism came to an end?
